THE ARIZONA BLUE SKY FLYERS CLUB

LIABILITY WAIVER

I, ________________________________, do hereby agree to hold harmless, indemnify and relieve from any liability the Arizona Blue Sky Flyers club, its members, directors, officers and any other individuals or entities that are directly related to the Arizona Blue Sky Flyers club, for any damages, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damages, or any other damages incurred by the undersigned member, family member, guests, or invitees.

I, ___________________________________, also agree by the signing of this waiver to carry personal, liability, and/or Aircraft Flight Insurance for myself, family members, and any guests or invitees that may accompany me to any club functions. I agree that the above referenced insurance coverage shall be primary to any other insurance coverage that may be applicable concerning any negligent acts or conduct of family members, guests, invitees, or myself.

This waiver constitutes an agreement between the undersigned member and the Arizona Blue Sky Flyers club to be responsible and assume liability for acts of negligence or intentional wrongdoing of family members, guests, invitees, or myself.

This waiver shall cover all membership activities, including, but not limited to club sponsored events, fly-ins or any other club related activity or function and will be binding upon this member, family members, guests, or invitees, unless specified by a specific agreement for that club sponsored event or activity.

This waiver is valid for one (1) year or until the undersigned member's next date of renewal of membership.

This waiver revokes all previous agreements or waivers entered into between the undersigned member and the Arizona Blue Sky Flyers club.

I, ___________________________________, agree that I have read and fully understand the above information and limitation of liability and hereby voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions discussed.
